The “Il Colle dei Lecci” farmhouse (literally “Holm oak hills”) is an integral part of the farm and takes its name from the holm oak trees that surround it and constitute a significant element of the landscape.
The logo of the farmhouse symbolically summarizes the characteristics of our hospitality, represented by the house, flanked by holm oak, a typical plant of the Marche countryside, with a purple stripe that recalls the color of lavender and also the wave of the sea that can be seen from every corner of our farm.
The farmhouse stands on a hill three hundred meters from the sea, where there was an old farm that has been renovated, giving life to a building that recalls its original shape. It is a highly ecological structure because it is made entirely of wood and is self-sufficient from the energetic point of view.
The high energy capacity is guaranteed by a photovoltaic system; in addition there is a water recycling system that allows you to convey the water to a purifier and reuse it for irrigating crops.
Guests are welcomed in a functional and brand new environment, with a breakfast service offering local products, guaranteeing information on the origin of the products and supplier companies.
In the good season it is possible to have breakfast outside, in a large porch where you can enjoy a truly special panorama.
There are eleven rooms with bathroom, extremely bright, from which it is possible to admire the wonderful panorama of the sea or the hills; each room is equipped with a television and Wi-fi connection and is accessible with a numerical code so as to make the user autonomous in access. It is possible to park in a large private square closed by an automatic gate and reach the rooms only by entering codes on the keypads.
The structure has a laboratory where it is possible to transform the farm’s products in order to make jams that guests can appreciate in the breakfast service.
