The structure is inserted in a Natural Oasis intended for Public Park where you can take long walks among flowers and butterflies.  The building is located on the coast, between Porto Potenza and Porto Recanati.

The sandy Adriatic beach of the Conero Riviera can be reached on foot or by bike through a pedestrian and cycle path.

The structure has the typical style of country houses of the past. Its construction dates back to 1888, as shown by a plaque on the facade of the house.

The house, recently renovated, offers hospitality in completely independent rooms surrounded by the garden. The rooms have an en suite bathroom and are equipped with TV/radio.

One room is inside the house, in a more rustic style. The other is located in the dependence, in a more modern style.
