During high season, minimum stays may be required for bookings over holiday periods, depending on availability (contact the property).

Beach service excluded, in collaboration with the "Crystal37" beach club in Marcelli di Numana, 1 km from the property, with free parking for customers. 20% discount on the daily price of the beach umbrella in collaboration.

For the months of May and September: beach umbrella + 2 sun loungers + free parking!

Possibility of lunch and dinner at the local restaurant "Crystal37", which is connected to the property 1 km away, with a 10% discount on meals. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the booking will be payable in cash, by debit card or credit card upon arrival.
