A new, completely wooden and eco-sustainable structure with photovoltaic and solar panels, we use only renewable electricity.
You can enjoy the new anti-allergenic / anti-bacterial / dehumidifying cooling systems (in winter, underfloor heating) that benefit and provide a pleasant well-being to your stay.

Breakfast is buffet-style, with quality products selected mainly from our territory. Ample free parking, free Wi-Fi, green areas where you can stroll.
We have four double bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, a large hall to host events, and a large green area to celebrate special moments.

In just 10 minutes you can discover the historic center of Ancona, and in 15 minutes reach the medieval village of Offagna, recognized as one of the most beautiful in Italy, as well as many other nearby cultural and natural destinations: Recanati, Loreto, Macerata, Osimo, the Sibillini Mountains, the Frasassi Caves... and many others we will suggest upon your arrival!
