Our property, located at the foot of Monte Conero, takes its name from the homonymous village of Sirolo. Here you can enjoy peace and tranquility, a wonderful panoramic view of the seafront up to the Sibillini Mountains and the Monti della Laga. Ideal situation to regenerate from city stress by waking up with the crowing of the rooster and the chirping of birds.
Fonte D’Olio is the starting point for the main hiking trails of Conero which can be traveled on foot, by mountain bike or even on horseback. From the property it is possible to reach the most beautiful panoramic points: Pian di Raggetti, North Belvedere, South Belvedere, Passo del Lupo, Convent of the Camaldolesi or cross the Conero up to the hamlet of Poggio di Ancona.
Within a few minutes by car you can reach Camerano, known for its renowned production of Rosso Conero wine and for its underground paths. Reachable in 15 minutes by car is the Basilica of Loreto, where legend has it that "angels" transported the House of the Virgin Mary. Impossible not to mention Recanati, the native village of Leopardi, with the places that inspired his poems and the opportunity to visit his library and home. For lovers of medieval villages, a few kilometers away you can visit the towns of Osimo and Offagna. Moving slightly inland, you reach the natural Frasassi caves and, if you want to go further south, the magic of the Sibillini mountains.
Fonte D’Olio Conero Relais consists of two recently renovated apartments. The perimeter walls of the structure are made with the characteristic Conero stone which guarantees, in addition to a pleasant aesthetic effect, dry and cool environments inside.

The apartments are organized as follows:
BELVEDERE NORD (the one with the white Conero stone facade)

- On the first floor
o Two bedrooms with two double beds or four single beds
o Bathroom with toilet and shower







BELVEDERE SUD (renovation works completed in April 2022)
- Ground floor:
o Large living room-kitchen with Smart TV
o Double bedroom with Smart TV, mini fridge, desk corner
o En-suite bathroom with toilet and shower, hairdryer available

- On the first floor
o Double bedroom + single bed with flat screen TV, mini fridge and desk corner. En-suite bathroom with toilet and shower, hairdryer available

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and, in addition to the normal electrical sockets, also USB sockets for recharging digital devices.
This apartment has been designed to ensure maximum comfort for guests with an eye to energy saving. A photovoltaic system has been installed besides an access management program with code, which allows the host and the owner to be independent.
Both kitchens are completely equipped, large (15 square meters each) and comfortable. Guests will find an oven (Belvedere Nord) and a microwave oven (Belvedere Sud), dishes, cutlery, pans, pots and various utensils. Such as appliances, hob, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a table that can accommodate up to 6 people.
Wi-fi available for free throughout the relais.
Possibility of bike rental with delivery and collection directly from home.
The two apartments have a shared patio, furnished with tables, umbrellas and deck chairs, fenced with an automatic gate.
It is possible to arrive at the apartments by car to unload luggage and shopping and then the parking is a few steps from the relais.
Prices include bed linen and towels. Breakfast is not included.
Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 6.00 pm. Check-out: by 10.00 am.
Possibility to leave suitcases on site for special arrival or departure needs.
In all the accommodations it is forbidden to smoke and, in spite of us, pets are not allowed.
