Overlooking the sea, in the historic center of Sirolo, is located Loft on the sea Sirolo, two tourist apartments inside an old house restored dating back to 1600. I am Maria Caterina, owner and manager of the Loft on the sea. I will be happy to host you in my recently renovated apartments, unique for typology, design and beauty, completely different, but that have in common the comfort, care in detail and a beautiful sea view. Together with my husband Roberto we will give you all the advice and information to fully live Sirolo and surroundings.

The loft
Located on the first floor, it is a studio with loft and ceiling with wooden beams. It is spread over two levels, at the bottom there is a large living room with double sofa bed, full kitchen and bathroom. Going up the stairs we find a mezzanine with double bedroom and a second bathroom. From the window door of the living room you can admire
a breathtaking view overlooking the sea and the forest.

The cave
Located on the lower floor, it is a two-room apartment characterized by the ceiling with brick vaulted and consists of living room with double sofa bed, full kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and a large terrace. In the master bedroom and bathroom, you can admire portions of the historic stone walls of the
Conero. Both from the apartment and from the terrace, you can admire a beautiful sea view.

Both apartments can accommodate a maximum of four people and are equipped with full linen, complimentary toiletries, climate, wi-fi, smart tv, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and card to park free. On request cot and high chair. Our guests will also have a 160-meter garden
with sea view, furnished with tables, chairs and deckchairs, with several relaxation areas, where you can relax while admiring the colors of the sea.

WHERE WE ARE
Our tourist apartments are located in the historic center of Sirolo, more precisely on the south-east side, above the beautiful beaches Urbani, San Michele and Sassi Neri, reachable on foot in a few minutes, or with the free shuttle bus service. We are very close to Piazza Vittorio Veneto, where you can admire a wonderful view from Monte Conero to the sea. Here you will have a wide choice of bars, typical restaurants with fish specialties, street food, shopping and souvenir shops. In the square we find the main church dedicated to San Nicola di Bari built in 1732 in neoclassical style, even closer to us is the Church of S. S. Rosario, built in 1500. While to only
120 m. we find the Teatro Cortesi dating back to 1800, a small bombonera of beauty embedded in the city walls, which hosts theatrical performances, prose shows and musical concerts. In August, an important national award is held in memory of the director Franco Enriquez, with figures from the world of theatre and cinema. 400 m. overlooking the sea, we find the Park of the Republic with lots of green, children’s games and a path that leads to the charming beach of San Michele. 4 km. away is the Conero Golf Club, which is located in the Conero Park. Our is also a good starting point for excursions to Monte Conero, where you can go for walks, trekking and mountain biking, immersed in the nature of the Mediterranean scrub.
