Alba di Luna is a completely renovated country villa, where there are three independent apartments with independent access and every comfort (Wifi, air conditioning, oven, dishwasher, parking, safe, coffee maker, moka...). The villa, with its two three-room apartments and one two-room apartment, can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.
Located within the Conero Park, a few minutes from the center of Sirolo and the most beautiful beaches of the Riviera, Alba di Luna looks to the sea, the hills and the Marche countryside.

A large park with plants, flowers, olive trees and fruit trees surrounds the villa. The protagonists of the park are the salt swimming pool, the synthetic grass tennis court and the relaxation area with hammocks and pouf armchairs where you can spend moments of well-being.

The barbecue area and wood-burning oven are perfect for enjoying summer evenings with dinner in the garden. Available to all guests, the outdoor kitchen includes a sink, hob and washing machine for laundry. There is also a large area dedicated to four-legged friends.

The large outdoor car park is equipped with a charging station for electric cars. It is also the starting point for excursions in the area: here you can find e-bikes and mountain bikes directly in the facility to discover the Conero Park from the nearby paths and the Coppo San Lorenzo cycle/pedestrian path.

Among the activities organized in Alba di Luna are tennis lessons, yoga, water aerobics, shiatsu massages and excursions in the area. Alba di Luna is also a space for organizing private ceremonies and events.

The solar panels on the roof of the villa and the rainwater collection system allow us to reduce the energy impact of Alba di Luna.
