Our comfortable apartment on the ground floor of a quiet building, was immediately thought as an excellent base for long holidays at the sea. The nearest beach is just 300 meters away, a short 5-minute walk or 3 rides on the two bikes we provide. ' It is a beach defined by many "child-friendly, characterized by low water and compact sand that allows long walks on the wet-dry, plus is great for playing with the moulds. The house is large, comfortable and well ventilated. The rooms are spacious, complete with all bed linen and towels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, dishwasher and microwave. At the beginning of your stay we provide you with the necessary to prepare a sweet self-service breakfast that we hope will be of your liking. There are 2 ceiling fans in the day room, 1 in the double room and 1 in the twin room. There are also 3 fans to be arranged at your preference. The house is situated in a zone discreetly served : bar nearest is to 100 m, supermarket to 150. In front there are tennis courts, bowling alley and green area with games for children. The town of Potenza Picena, located in the center of the Marche, is a perfect starting point to visit all the major places of interest in the region . The sanctuary of Loreto and the town of Recanati are only 15 min drive. The Conero mountain, beach Le Due Sorelle, Sirolo and Numana 20 min drive. Heading inland you can reach within an hour the Sibillini mountains, the caves of Frasassi, lake Fiastra (bathing) and much more. It offers a diversified tourism :bathing, cultural and hiking.
