are you coming to stay with us? Our monumental building from 1790 has a lot of atmosphere and the surroundings are very quiet and beautiful. With us you get the wonderful feeling "la dolce vita" We have very good reviews from our guests. You can relax in the countryside, but you can also go on foot or by car to the picturesque village of Santa Maria Nuova (1.5 km) near Jesi. Of course you can also visit many other beautiful villages and towns in Le Marche. Several beautiful beaches and the Riviera del Conero are only half an hour away from us.

what does Il Posto Perfetto has to offer? 2 B&B rooms for 2 persons each with its own bathroom, 2 apartments for 2/3/4 persons each with its own terrace, kitchen and bathroom, a relaxing swimming pool (12 by 6 meters), a beautiful and peaceful view over the rolling hills, a cozy breakfast room with terrace and various private seats with umbrellas, an Italian three-course dinner or barbecue with delicious wine or beer from Le Marche, a movie night in our garden with tasty Italian snacks and drinks, interesting visits to wineries and breweries, rental of our canoe to paddle on the Adriatic sea.

when there is a discount on other websites, we give this discount if you book directly through us. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If there are still Covid restrictions, you can also cancel free of charge until the last moment or you can rebook.

B&B Stanza Azzurra and B&B Stanza Verde are beautiful and spacious 2-person B&B rooms on the first floor. Each room has a Kingsize bed. If a child's bed is required, we can arrange that for you. Our B&B rooms are characterized by authentic elements. You have a view of the swimming pool and the rolling hills. Each room has its own bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. There is also a minibar. The rooms do not have a private terrace, but you can use several seats in the garden. Breakfast is served outside with your own seat and umbrella. The price per night for these B&B rooms is 90 euros in the early and late season. In the high season from June 19 to September 10 the price is 103 euros per night. The minimum stay in our B&B rooms is 3 nights.

Appartamento Monti and Appartamento Collina are beautiful spacious 2/3/4 persons apartments on the ground floor, suitable for both adults and children. The bedroom has a 2 person Kingsize bed and the living room has a 2 person sofa bed. The apartments are characterized by authentic elements. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped. In the village of Santa Maria Nuova (1.5 km away) is a large supermarket, where you can do your shopping. Both apartments can use our barbecue. From the private outdoor terrace you have a view over the rolling hills. The bathroom in each apartment has a shower, a sink, a toilet and a bidet. The price of the apartments does not include breakfast, but if you would like to have breakfast, we can make a price agreement. The price per night for each apartment is 125 euros in the early and late season. In the high season from June 19 to September 10 the price is 145 euros per night. The minimum stay is 5 nights.
