The Villa is owned by the Taddei - De Ruschi family (historical fabric merchants of the city of Ancona), built in the 60s and completely renovated recently, both inside with the construction of the Guest House, and outside with the construction of the swimming pool and the arrangement of the large garden. The architecture of the Villa is very particular, the original construction project and the shape of the roof are reminiscent of the mountain villas in the Bergamo area. Its highly panoramic position offers a 180-degree view of the Adriatic Sea, showing a unique and truly postcard scenario. The Guest House is conceived as a Relais (a superior category bed & breakfast), unique in the area. A place where relaxation and comfort will travel together.
