Villa Maria B&B is a modern structure, designed and built for guests and their privacy.

Located in a 1600 sqm park overlooking the Conero, Villa Maria has an internal parking and a large patio for breakfast and relaxing moments.

The Breakfast room is cozy and has a covered balcony overlooking the garden.

The rooms

Two rooms: the Junior and the Queen, furnished with care, are all with private bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, minibar, telephone, wifi internet connection and interphone.

The services

Special care has been taken in the service and cleaning.

The breakfast menu is plentiful and high quality pastry, includes both sweet and savory, but also fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices.

There are discounted rates for periods longer than 3 days and during the winter season. There is also the possibility of a quote without breakfast service.   Children: under 3 years free; 3-12 years discounted. Contact us for more information on prices and/or quotation.

The territory

The B&B Villa Maria is located 2 km from the historic center of Osimo, one of the oldest towns in the Marche.

Among the city’s beauties, consisting of monuments, noble palaces, historical villas museums, Osimo keeps underground perhaps its greatest treasure, a real underground city, It was built in the most remote times and its origins and aims are still studied and researched.

For its geographical position from Osimo you can reach in just over an hour any point of the Marche, the airport of Falconara is only 20 minutes drive.

In a few minutes you can reach the beautiful Riviera del Conero: a unique coastline, a charming and suggestive setting made up of white beaches, clean sea and many opportunities for fun and relaxation.

At 20 km we find Ancona, a port city of Greek origin that boasts one of the most illustrious and complete archaeological museums in Italy.

At 15 km from Osimo stands Loreto, one of the most important pilgrimage sites in the Catholic world. Inside the beautiful Sanctuary is preserved the Holy House of Nazareth, a must-see for those staying in the Marche.

Exit A14 Ancona Sud - Osimo

Once in Osimo, take the M. Polo road and then turn left for Castelfidardo on the Flaminia II. After 600 mt turn left onto Via Ciavattini, the B&B is at the end of the street at n° 4.
