A few kilometers from the sea in the ancient forest of the Selva di Castelfidardo... Two and a half hours dedicated to psycho- physical well-being in a unique forest in its biocenosis, to live a full and regeneratin experience in Nature, thanks to the different activities of stress of the sences and the Pilates exercises. Listening, smelling, touching, walking even barefoot, combined with an active and alive body in the search for balance: to come out relaxed, regenerated and in the heart a desire for greater connection with Nature.

Where? In the Selva of Castelfidardo, the meeting and departure point is at the headquarters of the Ferretti Foundation in via della Battaglia 52.
