Our garden is the common of the Conero Park in which we are immersed, our pool (the sea!) has the color of the blue flag of Numana and the transparency of the Adriatic that we admire and smell from our balconies.

The happy location in the center of the country guarantees passages in history and walks between restaurants and quaint bars while the sea (150 meters) we feel and smell from our balconies.

Our rooms, furnished with the colors of the Mediterranean and with refined materials, have been designed to give you comfort and attention, to refresh and encourage you to laze, for vacation or work.

They are 9 and very welcoming, intimate, elegant as linen, each dedicated to our young heirs.

They all have a terrace or balcony with sea view, private bathroom with shower or bathtub and hairdryer, independent air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi connection, minibar, satellite tv lcd 49", safe.

The room types are:

Superior (from 24 to 28sqm), maximum occupancy 2 people + 1 cot

Junior suite (from 35 to 39sqm), maximum occupancy 4 people + 1 cot

Suite Elisa (50sqm), maximum occupancy 4 people + 1 cot

Food is life, drink is life. A careful selection of raw materials to restore mind and body.
