Step 1.
Sirolo and Numana. Going down towards the sea we find the marina with possibility to rent boats, restaurants and bathing establishments along the beach.

Step 2.
Taking the road of the mountain and continuing north you reach Portonovo, another picturesque seaside resort on the slopes of the mountain, with quality restaurants that cook local products such as the "mosciolo di Portonovo" Slow Food presidium. Continuing towards Ancona we meet some of its small hamlets rich in wineries and wine farms. One of the excellences is the company Moroder that like others produces an excellent "Rosso Conero" and offers the possibility to taste delicious dishes at its restaurant.

Step 3.
We descend down to the valley to follow the road that leads to Camerano, another small town on the Riviera, a key stage of our tour for lovers of history and wine. In summer the historic center is animated by the "Medieval Festivals", also you can visit the museums: Rocca Museum, Museum of Natural Sciences "Paolucci" and the Museum of the Liberation. The hill on which Osimo stands was disputed in time by different peoples: from the Piceni to the Greco-Siculi, from the Gauls Senoni to the Romans. Thanks to its strategic position, it became an important Roman colony, the ancient Auximum, controlling the transit routes between the hinterland and the sea. Osimo is also characterized by the presence of underground "caves" visited every year by thousands of visitors, while on the surface the historic center perched inside the ancient walls preserves the remains of saints, such as S. Giuseppe da Copertino in the sanctuary dedicated to him, or works of art at the Civic Museum of Palazzo Campana.

Step 5.

Going up to Recanati you can visit "Casa Leopardi" and visit the library that is due mainly to the work of Monaldo, father of the poet, who, from his adolescence, The European Commission, DG XIII, has begun collecting books and in a relatively short time has been able to build up an exceptional library heritage for the time.
