“La Vedova” beach

A few minutes from the centre of Ancona, the “la Vedova” beach is a completely wild and unspoiled stretch of beach without any bathing establishments or bars. You can reach it using a path which passes through the Conero Regional Park and leads straight down into the sea. Here you can relax, enjoy the surrounding scenery, and explore the cliffs.

TYPE OF BEACH: Rocky sand. It is a completely public beach. Suitable only for adults due to the difficulty in reaching it. Make sure you bring plenty of water and food with you.

SPECIAL FEATURES: This is the last stretch of beach on the north coast and is characterized by its caves. The beach is completely wild but very charming and evocative. Walking along the path, you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscape up to the “Scogli del Cavallo” cliffs.
