the Conero regatta - Ancona
An event not to be missed
From 15 years on, each year a beautiful Regatta takes place in the Conero.
The idea arises during the inauguration of the Marina of Ancona in September 2000, when the company that manages it, create this competition to greet this event in the right way. It was such a huge success that the company decided to propose it again in the following years.
And right in these days the sea paint itself with the pure white of the sails, white that perfectly marries with the blue of the ocean and the green of the Monte Conero, making it a unique rendezvous not only for the sail’s lovers but for everyone.
A route that begins in the Marina, gets up to Portonovo Bay and then back to the start, the lot with this magic setting of the Conero promontory.
